Solar tracker is device (controller) which turns PV panels toward the sun. At my house at island Brač we have Fusionseeker (TM) solar tracker installed on 2x150W PV panels.
Sometimes there's a need to manually control rotation of PV's in their two axis - azimuth and elevation. So I designed and built control board which overrides and controls solar tracker. This control board can switch PV panels rotating system on/off, switch between auto (by solar tracker) and manual rotating mode.
Unit design is based on following schematics:
Using EAGLE CAD I designed PCB:

After wiring the unit an putting it into plastic enclosure:
The control unit is now ready to be installed together with solar tracking (Fusionseeker) controller:
